软胶表带定制流程customization process

客户提供设计图稿或者样品，我司评估可行性后报价
双方沟通表带价格及交期，客户确定合作并预付打样费
如只有样品，需抄数作图与客户确认，大约3~5天
雕刻样模（1出1），及各工件加工（放电铜公），大约7~10天
打样并寄出样品，客户确认样品OK，签定样品承认书及样板
客户预付50%大货模具款，试产首件确认Ok后付完余款及50%货款
生产大货，检验，包装，拍照或客户亲自来厂验货
客户付清余款，我司安排发货

The customer provides design drawings or samples, and our company evaluates the feasibility before providing a quotation

Both parties communicate about the price and delivery date of the watchband, and the customer confirms the cooperation and pays the sample fee in advance

If only samples are available, it will take approximately 3 to 5 days to take measurements, create drawings, and confirm with the customer

It takes approximately 7 to 10 days to complete the sculpting of the prototype (1:1 scale) and the machining of various workpieces (using copper electrodes for electrical discharge machining)

Make samples and send them out. Once the customer confirms that the samples are OK, sign the sample acknowledgment and sample template

The customer pays 50% of the bulk mold cost upfront, and after the first trial production piece is confirmed as satisfactory, the remaining balance and 50% of the payment for the goods are made

Production of bulk goods, inspection, packaging, photography, or customers personally coming to the factory for inspection

Once the customer pays the remaining balance, our company will arrange for shipment

图稿设计drawing

如果客户未能提供3D图稿，仅提供样板，则我司需要对样板进行精密激光抄数，我司工程再进行局部调整，完稿后提供给客户确认，开始制作样模。

If the customer fails to provide a 3D drawing and only provides a sample, our company will need to conduct precise laser scanning of the sample, and our engineering team will make local adjustments. After the completion of the design, we will provide it to the customer for confirmation and start making the sample mold.

模具加工mould

模具所有权属于客户，我司保证模具仅用于本客户订单生产；模具保管权属于东智达，客户保证不透露模具加工技术给第三方；模具报价为成本价，我司以表带量产加工盈利发展，如客户需提走模具，再协商支付一定费用。

The ownership of the mold belongs to the customer, and our company guarantees that the mold will only be used for the production of this customer’s order. The custody of the mold belongs to Dongzhida, and the customer guarantees not to disclose the mold processing technology to third parties. The mold quotation is the cost price, and our company aims to develop profitably through mass production and processing of watchbands. If the customer needs to take away the mold, a certain fee will be negotiated for payment.
