公司创始人彭先生90年代初任职于香港知名表带公司，从模具工程师、模具部主管到成立模具厂再到模具设计生产一体的表带厂，彭总在手表制造行业30多年，已成为知名表带专家。彭总于2006年11月创立深圳市东智达科技有限公司，由于规模不断扩大，2014年在东莞成立专业表带加工厂，东莞市东智达表业有限公司。2023年迁到清远市，购置了独栋厂房，添加了10台注塑机。
公司组织完善，人才济济，模具主管、编程师傅、生产主管都有10年以上的表带行业经验，独当一面。东智达设备齐全，模具部有CNC 2台、北京精雕机2台、铣床1台、火花机5台，喷砂机1台；模具仓库有硅胶表带模具500多套、塑胶模具200余套；硅胶部有小型炼胶机1台、大型炼胶机2台、切料机2台、250吨双头硫化机4组，150吨单头硫化机1台，空压机2台；注塑部有10台注塑机、冷水机1台、塑料干燥机1台、强力粉碎机1台等；包装部有打孔机、封袋机等设备，品质部有各式检测工具和设备，配套齐全，提供表带设计到出货一条龙服务。

Qingyuan Dongzhida Watchband Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of silicone rubber watchbands and is a comprehensive watchband manufacturer integrating research and development, design, production, and sales.
Mr. Peng, the founder of the company, worked for a renowned watchband company in Hong Kong in the early 1990s. From being a mold engineer and mold department supervisor to establishing a mold factory and then a watchband factory integrating mold design and production, Mr. Peng has been in the watch manufacturing industry for over 30 years and has become a well-known watchband expert. In November 2006, Mr. Peng founded Shenzhen Dongzhida Technology Co., Ltd. Due to continuous expansion, a professional watchband processing factory was established in Dongguan in 2014, named Dongguan Dongzhida Watchband Co., Ltd. In 2023, the factory relocated to Qingyuan City, purchased a standalone factory building, and added 10 injection molding machines.
The company boasts a well-organized structure and a wealth of talent. Its mold supervisors, programming masters, and production supervisors all possess over 10 years of experience in the watchband industry, capable of handling their respective tasks independently. Dongzhida is well-equipped, with the mold department possessing 2 CNC machines, 2 Beijing Jingdiao machines, 1 milling machine, 5 spark machines, and 1 sandblasting machine; the mold warehouse houses over 500 sets of silicone watchband molds and more than 200 sets of plastic molds; the silicone department is equipped with 1 small rubber mixing machine, 2 large rubber mixing machines, 2 cutting machines, 4 sets of 250-ton double-head vulcanizing machines, 1 150-ton single-head vulcanizing machine, and 2 air compressors; the injection molding department has 10 injection molding machines, 1 chiller, 1 plastic dryer, 1 powerful crusher, etc.; the packaging department is equipped with punching machines, bag sealing machines, and other equipment; the quality department is furnished with various testing tools and equipment, providing a comprehensive suite of services from watchband design to shipment.
Currently, our company has produced hundreds of high-quality plastic and silicone rubber watchbands for multiple smart wearable companies and traditional watch companies.
